Support and Warranty

Once your product has reached the end of its warranty and service period there are a number of options available to you for the ongoing maintenance, service and support of your equipment. Support plans are not an extended warranty, when purchasing a new laser tag system you are provided with a warranty for 1 - 5 years which includes a premium support plan for that same period of time. At the end of your initial warranty period, you may at Zone Systems, Inc.'s discretion be offered an extended warranty option, extended warranties unless otherwise noted do not include a service plan.

Option 1: “NSP” - No support plan

Under this option, you pay nothing to Zone Systems, Inc. unless you use our services, when using our services you are charged the following rates for telephone support and repair time:

  • In office hours technical support: $95 per hour
  • Outside office hours emergency technical support: $200 per hour (**1 hour minimum)
  • Repair Bench time rate: $95 per hour
  • Parts purchases: no discount

Option 2: “Basic” - Basic Support plan

If you select this optional support plan you would pay Zone Systems, Inc. an annual fee of $1,000, when using our services you are charged the following rates for telephone support and repair time:

  • In office hours technical support: FREE
  • International in office hours technical support: FREE
  • Outside office hours emergency technical support: $150 per hour (**0.5 hour minimum)
  • Repair Bench time rate: $60 per hour
  • Parts purchases: 5% parts discount

Option 3: “Premium” - Premium Support plan

If you select this optional support plan you would pay Zone Systems, Inc. an annual fee of $4,000 spread over 12 months into equal installment payments payable by credit card only $333.33 per month, when using our services you are charged the following rates for telephone support and repair time:

  • In office hours technical support: FREE
  • Outside office hours emergency technical support: FREE
  • Repair Bench time rate: $40 per hour
  • Parts purchases: 10% parts discount

Web Help

There are a number of web based resources available to operators of Zone Laser Tag equipment, all sites utilize the same username and password logins, if you are unable to access these sites please contact us to verify your log in details.

Commit online - Commit is Zone's internal CRM system and everyone has access to it. Use your username and password to access your account, track repairs and support requests as they progress through our support systems. Commit also contains FAQ knowledge base articles that may help you troubleshoot problems.

Playlasertag.biz - Our web portal for access to your web based license keys.

Remote Control - Our web page link to fast support right on your desktop.
